Velliankadu, Nilgiris- 32 acre Wellness Community
A thoughtfully planned 32-acre wellness community at the foothills of the biodiverse Nilgiris in Tami; Nadu, that blends luxury living and hospitality with nature and sustainable landscapes. The master plan is designed within a sensitive ecotone, combining an eco-resort, interconnected residential clusters, community amenities and expansive green spaces, alongside promoting traditional farming, local crafts and indigenous communities. The project aims to create a walkable environment that promotes local wellness, recreation and social interaction. With dedicated farming zones, water features, wellness facilities and a range of villa typologies, the development offers a holistic lifestyle where mankind, architecture and nature exist in harmony.
Canacona, Goa-5 Hillside Villa Estates
Set on a naturally contoured site, this exclusive five-villa estate embraces the terrain rather than altering it. Each residence is carefully stepped along the slope to maximize privacy, views and the site's natural character. Cascading split-level infinity pools follow the contours, creating a seamless connection between architecture and landscape. The master plan celebrates the topography through terraced gardens, connecting passages and courtyards, layered outdoor spaces, and a sensitive approach to the land, resulting in a boutique luxury community where every estate enjoys a unique spatial experience.
Villa Alba | A Private Estate
A thoughtfully designed 12,000 sq ft private estate on the outskirts of Delhi, conceived as a retreat that balances the grandeur of Neo-Classical architecture with a sense of quiet, intimate living. The residence is organised around a series of formal and informal spaces, with a large swimming pool marking the arrival and a central open-to-sky courtyard forming the heart of the home.
Drawing from Neo-Classical principles, the architecture is defined by generous proportions, soaring ceilings, large arched windows and a strong sense of symmetry.
The central courtyard brings natural light, air and greenery deep into the residence, while a sculptural staircase acts as a focal element within the interiors. Landscaped lawns, the pool and the courtyard create a continuous relationship between architecture and landscape, allowing the estate to feel expansive while retaining moments of intimacy.
Villa Alba is conceived as a private retreat where classical architectural proportions, contemporary comfort and landscape come together in a restrained expression of quiet luxury.
At Forest’s Edge | 5-Bedroom Luxury Villa
A thoughtfully designed five-bedroom private villa set within the lush, tree-filled landscape of Saligao, Goa, conceived to blend contemporary luxury with the natural character of its contoured site. The villa is organised around a central open-to-sky courtyard, creating a series of interconnected spaces that bring light, ventilation and landscape into the heart of the home.
The architecture combines verandahs, arched openings, tiled roofs and generous outdoor spaces, with a swimming pool forming an integral part of the landscape. A restrained material palette of lime plaster, poured earth, exposed brick, natural stone and timber grounds the architecture in its Goan setting.
The interiors will follow a warm, monochromatic palette of browns, beiges, black and rust, creating a quiet and cohesive sense of luxury. Open-to-sky bathrooms, with outdoor showers and bathtubs, further strengthen the connection between the private spaces and the surrounding landscape. The villa is conceived as a retreat where architecture, materiality and nature come together to create a relaxed experience of contemporary Goan living.
