Restoration

Fondly called the 'House of Revival'- a restoration project of a 60 year old Goan heritage home, that we have converted to a luxury homestay. This 3000 sqft, 4 bedroom villa stands on a 9000 sqft plot in the quiet bylanes of Anjuna, Goa. A home that's all things earthy and authentic, our intent was always clear- to design an authentic, culture-sensitive retreat rooted in history and context. The beauty of the home lies in its outdoor-led design. Designed around the concept of slow living, the home is dominated by the numerous fun and engaging spaces created for guests to enjoy

Some homes feel designed. While some feel written — like a long-harboured vision gently taking shape at last. Designed for a couple from the world of publishing, the 1,500 sq ft, two-bedroom home extends beyond its human occupants to include a steady presence of visiting animals from the adjoining Welfare for Animals in Goa shelter. The project emerges as a space that negotiates domesticity with openness, where architecture responds as much to lifestyle as it does to its surroundings.
