YAAR is a sophisticated 3,000 sq. foot hospitality destination that masterfully balances atmospheric storytelling with spatial diversity.

The design journey begins at a signature arched portal, leading guests through a graphic-tapestry passageway softened by the organic textures of rattan lighting.

The heart of the project is the Alfresco Zone, an expansive open-air retreat featuring a central Island Bar and an integrated pool, designed to evoke a breezy, tropical fluidity.

In contrast, the Classroom Bar offers a refined, academic take on mixology; here, the design leverages intimate seating and a functional chalkboard aesthetic to foster a premium, conversational environment.
